SECRET SAUCE
A marketing-agency website, designed and built end to end.

Secret Sauce is a creative marketing agency focused on innovative branding, communication, and digital-marketing solutions. The objective was to deliver a finished website (design and development), so the project paired UX/UI work with a real build and handed over a live site as sharp as the work the agency sells.
01
The Problem
A marketing agency’s own website is its loudest case study. Secret Sauce needed a site that proved its craft: clear enough to convert, distinctive enough to stand for a creative brand.
It also had to be a real build, not just a design: performance, responsiveness, and interaction had to hold up in production.
02
The Solution
I combined UX and UI work with development. The UX emphasised intuitive navigation, optimised user journeys, and clear content organisation; the UI brought clean layouts, strong typography, responsive structures, and interactive visual elements.
Design and build were handled together, so the interaction and performance details survived all the way to the live site.
Impact
- Delivered end to end
- Design + Dev
- Built for every screen
- Responsive
- A finished build, handed to the client
- Live site
01Discovery
The loudest case study
A marketing agency’s own website is its loudest case study: every claim the agency makes for clients is tested against its own front door. Discovery therefore started from the visitor, a prospect deciding in minutes whether this agency has taste and rigour, and worked backwards to the structure.
The brief had a second, unusual clause: deliver a finished build, not mockups. That collapsed the usual design-to-development handoff, and with it the place where interaction detail usually dies.
02Framing
A page built as a path
The structure was framed as a conversion path before it was drawn: arrive on a promise, believe through the work, trust through the process, act through a low-friction contact. On the UX side that meant intuitive navigation, optimised journeys and clear content organisation; on the UI side, clean layouts, strong typography, responsive structures and interactive visual elements.
Motion was budgeted like everything else: transitions give the site rhythm and guide attention, and never get in the way of the content or the path.
- ArriveHeroA sharp promise and the register of the brand, in one viewport.
- BelieveWorkThe strongest projects argue the craft before any copy does.
- TrustProcessHow the agency works, told plainly enough to lower the risk.
- ActContactA low-friction way to start a conversation while momentum is high.
03The delivered site
A walkthrough of the shipped build
This is the finished site as it was handed to the client: a full scroll through the live pages, motion and interaction included. Everything shown was designed and developed in the same engagement.
The recording captures what a static mockup can’t: the pacing of the reveals, the responsive behaviour, and the interactive detail that makes an agency site feel crafted rather than assembled.
04Reflection
A site that sells the agency
The final website delivers a professional and visually engaging digital experience that represents Secret Sauce as a modern marketing agency: a showcase that argues for the agency’s craft by demonstrating it.
The lesson I keep: when the designer also ships the build, motion and interaction stop being suggestions in a file and become the product. Owning both halves is what let the fine detail survive to production.
